For more than a decade, Alicia Hite captured the finer details of homes as an in-demand, professional real estate photographer.
Then, one day, everything changed.
“While photographing a beautiful luxury listing, I thought … I could sell this,” recalls Alicia. “That was my ‘AHA!’ moment. I already had the eye, the experience, and the passion for homes.”
And now she has the title of Realtor®, too, working with the national award-winning firm of Coldwell Banker Advantage in Sanford, North Carolina. The office is conveniently located midway between Raleigh/Triangle and the famed resort areas of Pinehurst/Southern Pines. Fort Bragg, the world’s largest military installation, is also a short drive away.
Whether buying or selling a home, or looking for investment properties, Alicia is eager to work as your trusted real estate professional.
“For me, real estate is more than a transaction – it’s personal,” she says. “I approach every client with a mix of professionalism, humility and heart, and I’m honored every time someone trusts me with their next chapter.”

Alicia has laid down her own roots in “a sweet family homestead” that she shares with her husband, two amazing boys and “cute little animals running all around.”
She enjoys staying active in her church and community, training and teaching jiujitsu, visiting local coffee shops, finding home décor inspiration, and creating content for her real estate Facebook and Instagram pages – which feature photos of breathtakingly beautiful homes.
